Adidas SP0121 Ski Goggles Review

The best accolade I can give to the adidas SP0121 ski goggles is that, since first trying them for a review, they have remained in my go-to ski kit along with my all-time favourites, Dynafit Radical 30l backpack, Elevenate ski pants and DPS Pagoda 106s.

I wear them skiing and ski touring (image above with my fav SCOTT ski touring helmet), and really like the wide vision, comfort and general adaption to different light.

The lens has a slight yellow tinge, which works well on dull, flat light days and, also, in bright sunlight. I haven't tried them in a full-on snow day (it's March) but then only infrared really helps when it's a complete white-out. The frame has an upper ventilation system that helps reduce fogging, good for ski touring in the spring.

I particularly like the subtle logo on the purple strap unlike other brands who promote themselves in giant letters, cough, Oakley.

Best thing is the price, way less than half the big ski brands' goggles. Currently £59 from Shade Station.
