Switzerland’s Freeride World Tour skier Martin Bender - or should that be Sender - dropped in to the 400m vertical descent of Lac Noir in Val Thorens and stole the show, claiming his first-ever Freeride World Tour win.
His dynamic and technical run featured opposite-direction 360s, a massive air over a rock bench, and a perfectly executed double drop in the lower section. French riders, Astrid Cheylus, Marion Haerty, and Enzo Nilo claimed home turf glory.
